Strange communication style. told the host that I was going to book the stay through another aggregate platform since it was about 20 percent cheaper. Host immediately hiked up prices before I could book. Then kept sending passive aggressive messages about how they were 'relieved I cancelled because I'd constantly complain about prices'. Not transparent and not professional. PS it is worth adding that at some point they did say 'its all about money' and offer me the original lowball tariff that was advertised, but I do recall saying 'money isn't the most important thing' and stated emphatically that I did not appreciate the lack of integrity and bait-and-switch that was demonstrated, irrespective of however low of a price they were willing to offer. So their response to this review is...strange.

Excellent location and hospitality. 5 mins walking distance from Morjim. The villa is fit for 20 adults and hosted by friendly Hemant who provided all support and care.

Mr. Hemant is a very accommodating gentleman. It was great to have the villa for a family event. Service staff were very helpful & exceeded expectations. Extremely convenient 5 mins walking distance from the beach. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Baywalk.
