Rooms are good, not a direct beach access though. Hospitality is poor. They don't even provide complimentary water bottle for the room charges they take. Food menu is limited and very expensive compared to near vicinity. Better have food outside.

Good stay. Good service. Good food as well. Feedback for the establishment : - Hot water in the bathroom had very low flow, and it was difficult to get a good shower temperature. - Toiletries situation could be better. No hand wash or shower gel was provided. - Pillows were a bit too dirty/ dusty. Nothing bad enough for me to reduce the overall rating, though. Had a good time.

Such a huge property nearby Malgund beach. Villas are provided there. We got complementary R.O water, breakfast and wi-fi there. Amazing place for a staycation.

Visited on 4th to 6th November 2023 It was a couple trip with friends. I have booked Premium room with sea view for couple of days with lots of good reviews on multiple platforms and also lots of good photos. I reached around 12 PM and there was no warm welcome. Room was allocated was not meeting a 2 star property. There was no sea view from room because of coconut tree growth. Dont believe in the photos shown in any of the platform beacause they are 8 years old when there was no other peoperty around.Really disappointed. Not worth for the price they are charging for such kind of dirty rooms. Towels provided were smelling. Bed linen was also smelling and very dirty. Lots of mosquitos, lizards in the rooms and washrooms. There is varanda for each room to seat and enjoy breakfast / dinner, Very very less food options. Service is very good Frequent electricity power cut. Difficult to stay without AC during power cut. Only BSNL network is available at facility. Wi-fi is good. Beach is 5 mins walk from villa other side of the road. Please contact property and ask for current photos with timestamp before booking. We found it very costly and not worth visiting. I will not visit again to this property.
