We stayed 3 nights during our 3 weeks trip through India. In terms of pricing beach street resort was our most expensive accommodation. First to the good points: We arrived early and were able to use the room before official checkin time. The hotel area is nice and clean. The staff we was very friendly aswell Our bungalow itself, a small house made of bamboo was nice designed and clean. You should be aware that everything is very open if you have no problem with that you will like it. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant „the lazy dog“ was tasty, we always went with the porridge or the fresh fruit muesli. Also the staff was very nice. Unfortunately the food and drinks were totally overpriced (doubled in comparison to restaurants around the area) This makes us leaving the hotel area more often and leads to a high loss of value for us. We enjoyed the food at „Dunes Huts And Restaurant“ directly next to the hotel and „hangout bar & restaurant“ which offered nice tables directly at the beach for sunset dinner. As mentioned in previous reviews I can confirm that the water pressure is low and during daytime the bungalow is getting very hot. Which was not a problem for us because we only used it during night time. Suggestion to the Owner: Adjust the restaurant prices (at least for hotel guests) then this would be a five star raiting.

We absolutely loved Beach Street. We went there for a family holiday (2 adults and 2 kids aged 4 and 8) and stayed in a beach chalet. Vishnu and Samanth were warm and welcoming as soon as we arrived, and let us check in an hour early since the room was available. The rooms itself are lovely. Spacious with lots of shelf space to unpack your clothes and also a safe if you need it. Every thing was super super clean, and the towels were incredibly soft. We visited in March, and didn't miss the AC at all. The rooms are nice and breezy through the day and in the night we actually needed blankets. The first night we had a mosquito problem, but the second night we tucked the mosquito net in properly and were fine. The staff at beach street are outstanding. Every single person we met was cheerful and helpful including the restaurant and cleaning staff. Vishnu was really sweet with the kids, helpful in organizing a taxi, and offered to let us check out an hour late without us even asking so we could enjoy the beach on our last day. He also suggested we just leave our bags at reception and hang out by the pool till our evening flight, so we got to enjoy the amazing lazy dog cocktails and food till we left for the airport. The lounge pool was amazing, and all the restaurant food was fantastic. The breakfast included in the room rate isn't a buffet, you have to order something off the menu. Personally I like this, because you don't over eat or waste. The only tiny challenge was that there were no beverage options suitable for kids or anyone who isn't a tea or coffee drinker. (but they let us get them a glass of milk). Adding in hot chocolate or a couple of juices or tender coconut water at breakfast would be great, but this wasn't a major complaint at all. On a last note, the beach in front of beach street is really nice. There's a little creek (shallow, with sea water and fish) that forms with the tide, and we could let our kids loose there to play independently. We went further down to check out the beach near some of the other shacks and it was a lot more crowded and less clean. The sea itself was pretty calm and flat, and clear enough that we could see our feet while chest deep in the waves.

Entered the property and everything inside is done with love and care right from the landscaping to the cute organic garden. Once you enter you’re greeted with a beautiful humongous structure that boasts a beautiful swimming pool aligned perfectly with the view of the ocean on the pristine Mandrem beach in front of you. The deck in front is tastefully done and perfectly lit post sunset too, serving delectable cocktails and bites. Rooms are amazing, we stayed at the beach front cottage and it had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom is very cozy and thoughtfully done. All in all, the highlight of my Goa stay so far. Well done team Beach Street it was truly a memorable experience for me and my wife.
