Very bad experience. I stayed in Berry hills last week and below is my experience. 1. It’s very difficult to reach, road is very bad. 2. NO HOT WATER 3. Sparks from electric points. 4. Not worth for the price they charge. 5. Service is very very poor. 6. Restaurants staff cannot manage crowed. 7. Very old property and not well maintained. Pls do not visit and regret.

The stay at berry hills resort was a serene and relaxing experience. The property itself has beautiful views and very well appointed rooms. The food served was delicious. Staff was very courteous and helpful and ready to offer the best service. Especially the staff pardeep was so helpful. All the staffs were very kind and customer friendly.My overall experience was excellent and I would like to recommend for both families and couples.we like to visit again due to the customer friendly service.

We stayed for 2 nights, and the stay was awesome.. Location and view is nice. Rooms were simple but yet convenient. Reaching the location was lil confusing yet the staffs were so friendly and guided us throughout. The scenery was great!!
