I visited this hotel to have dinner with the family in their restaurant. The overall experience didn't meet out expectations. Positive points: - beautiful hotel Negative points: - the service was slow and the staff didn't seem professional - the food was okay but I would expect way better for the prices they have (ranging from 350 - 750 INR ). It also was a bit spicy. - not everything from the menu was available. A couple of the drinks we ordered could not be served. - The music and singer add to the ambiance but the sound system isn't very good. Unfortunately the singer also isn't very good. (this honestly isn't a big let down like the other points above) As this is a big fancy and quite expensive hotel I really expected something better. I could have better food for half of the price somewhere else.

Hotel Best Western is a good property to stay in while in Kapurthala. The rooms are adequately spacious and clean with a good décor and all necessary amenities. The staff is very polite, smart and professional. The room service is efficient. The food is very delicious with a good spread and is reasonably priced. Overall, it is a nice option to stay right in the center of Kapurthala town. All the places worth visiting in Kapurthala are close by.

This is one of the best hotels in Kapurthala city and they can arrange all types of function gatherings in their several halls and open gatherings as well. If you don't want to stay don't forget the restaurant where you can have a good dinner or brunch ranging from Daal Makhni to Mutton Korma. Try the desserts and coffee as well.
