Exceptional stay! The hotel's inviting ambiance made our experience memorable. Impeccably clean rooms with cozy decor and stunning views. The staff's warmth and professionalism were commendable specially Mrs. Enakshmi. The food – a gastronomic delight! Culinary perfection at its best. Each dish was a burst of flavors, leaving us craving for more. A definite must-visit for a perfect blend of comfort, delectable cuisine, and top-notch service!

Horrific experience! Rooms have black mould and were so outrageously damp. Hallways have a damp stench they try to cover with fresheners. Breaking all rules of basic health standards for a hotel. When mentioned to management and staff they look at you bemused. When the sheets are wet, and your clothes get damp from being in a room, it highlights a systemic failure for quality control in a property trying to charge top dollar. Only positive is their restaurant and their staff who were absolutely incredible; they deserve to operate in a hotel that does significantly better. Wedding event held at the location. Made absolutely zero effort to ensure a service that could be recommended to others. Do NOT host a major event like a wedding at a place that double books you for an event planned at least 6 months in advance and calls you on the wedding day to inform you. What an absolute disgrace and joke.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus hotel and wanted to share my experience. Initially, there was a mix-up with room availability, but they eventually provided a suite for which I paid around 10k. The room itself was decent, but I encountered issues with both room service and the washroom taps. The main concern arose when I ordered food; the rice was undercooked, and the chicken seemed overcooked, with a chewy texture as if it had been reheated multiple times or was quite old. I contacted the staff twice about the food quality, and they assured me they would consult with the chef and call me back. Unfortunately, after waiting for two hours without a response, I went to bed hungry. The next morning at checkout, I discussed the matter again. The staff mentioned they would inform their senior, but a junior staff member began blaming me, stating they had called and visited my room, but I didn’t answer. Despite my explanation, they seemed unresponsive. Additionally, 4-5 team members, including the chef, were present at the end to find a solution, but they didn’t listen to their customer. Instead, they relied on the account of a junior waiter who falsely claimed to have visited my room and called me. When I requested to see the camera footage to verify if anyone had come to the room, they denied access. In essence, no one was there to assist a paying customer who had experienced their subpar service.

Not recommended this property, I like to stay with Best Western all india . But not have good experience here . When reached at Hotel , it was raining and I was carrying four units of luggage, but no one was available to attend or support for luggage or opening the door Wallet staff was there but he was rude . I informed about for desk staff but they don’t bothered. The alloyed me a room with small window without any view , which I don’t like They said , we don’t have any other room. When stay in room , It was specious with double TVs, but bed was not much comfortable, I got back ache in morning And full night there was huge sound of AC (video attached), so could not sleep comfortable. At the time checkout front staff seems very unprofessional, he don’t feel to say feedback , thanks or visiting again . Truly, I will not come again here , president is better then this

The attention to detail was impeccable. The hall was beautifully decorated, and every aspect of our event was flawlessly executed.
