Close to Belgavi, very nice premises, huge property, very peaceful. Cottages are far off from each other so that you hv your privacy. Food is tasty, breakfast is complimentary. Swimming pool is clean. The swings tied to tree branches are nice. Staff is polite Eating area is clean The cottages are huge and comfortable and clean.

Amazing place so near to Belgaum, but when we went there were hardly any people, food is very good, but no room service, ambience is very good, location very beautiful, rooms are good, would recommend it to group of people over the weekend or for some small celebrations or get togethers.

We had been there for our New year's Eve, a fantastic place to stay. The food was nice, the rooms were nice and affordable. The only disadvantage is there is no room service. Friendly people, over all had a great day and thoroughly enjoyed it.
