The hotel was new, but the staff seemed to be not professional enough to maintain it. We checked in after midnight, and it was very cold due to the cold wave in early Jan 2024. We booked two rooms and got one room that didn't have sealed windows. There are full-length gaps at window joints. There were no room heaters, too, it was horrible. The other room window edge was sealed with a normal cello tape. Hot water takes forever. it looks like their central boiler is not efficient. Next day when I complained, they didn't even apologize. They kind of gave some random answers and agreed to shift the room. They didn't have floor mats, extra towels etc, the reason was laundry guy didn't turn up, no apology even for this. It was shown as a 3 star kind of property but not managed that way. The restaurant staff are very supportive and made the stay little less horrible. This hotel is like a 3 star but management is not efficient. Lot of improvement needed.

Cozy and Clean Retreat! Our 4-day stay at this boutique hotel was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were cozy and impeccably clean. The services provided were excellent, and the staff's politeness and warmth added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a great stay in Varanasi!

I attended a marriage there. They have wide range of food but they have to work on the food quality. The wash room part needs more attention. Mundap/Dining/Stage shall make you feel good. They have enough parking space beside the unmetalled part of the road.

Such a waste of time staying in this hotel in Chitrakoot. An employee named Arun in reception misbehaved my family members and do not afford such valueless hotels. I have to stand with my whole family for 1 hr outside room no 214 as their maintenance service and that stupid fellow of maintenance could not able to open our door. Neither there TV is working properly nor their CCTV and also we have asked the house keeping for pillow which they didn't provide me even after saying many times. My suggestion do not go for this hotel at all if you want a comfortable stay.They do not have manpower for room shifting also they are using their security person for the same and in my room chair also was missing.
