The service does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. The services are very delayed. The internet is unable to connect, and the technical person doesn't know anything about how WiFi works. I kept losing connection, and several times it was down for several hours. The room is not cleaned every day during my stays, which is very disappointing. The only positive aspects of this hotel are its location.

Great location, great staff and front desk Mr. Bharat was very friendly It was a comfortable stay in bloom and I was very pleased with my stay. Breakfast was okay, not too many options. Limited tea flavour in shelves.

Been here about 5 times. Very cosy and well kept. Food needs improvement. Staff are really attentive and warm. Located in a very quiet neighborhood

Several reasons not to stay here: 1) rooms dirty, found dust balls around unit and hair on bed, 2) rooms poorly maintained, with permanent stains on walls, floors and doors, 3) internet very poor, we kept loosing connection and several times it was down for several hours, 4) room key- told this was not possible, as they have no more, I pressed and got one, but doing so, disconnected the former key defeating the practicality of having multiple room keys; defeating need and coordination with partner staying in room. Overall, poorly managed hotel and staff incompetent .
