Very Good service. Once I go for a solo trip and stayed here. Room was very clean. House keeping services and food was also satisfactory. Whenever I will again go to Dalhousie, I will stay Bombay Palace such a budget-friendly hotel!

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out hun were professionally handled and easy. Valley view from the Hotel is great.

Dont waste your money by booking this hotel by seeing photos send by manager first ask for balcony view but when u visit offer without balcony , even rooms are dirty or very unhygienic to live when we denied to stay here the manager ready to offer the balcony facing room with same price first they said all rooms are occupied but if u need balcony rooms or view facing room then you pay 500 extra per room but when we see the rooms they are also with same unhygienic condition so we did not stay there even they did not refund our money So i suggest dont book this hotel for ur stay very bad 👎👎👎👎👎👎 experience minus 10000000.....⭐ rating

I booked via Cleartrip but when I arrived for check in, the owner stated that they apparently had "payment disputes" with Cleartrip. He asked me to pay him the order amount again and ask Cleartrip for cancellation. I felt something was fishy and moved out. Then after an hour on call with Cleartrip support I got my refund in full. I got stranded in the middle of the night because of them. And the offensive smell other people are talking about, it's so bad. Something about this place gave me really negative vibe, would definitely stay away.

Dirty and smelly rooms 2. Used bedsheets and pillows( they didn't the pillows, you can find hair of previous guests) 3. Dirty Blankets 4. Wet floor and urinary smell in room and hotel gallery 5. Don't try to eat food here they will not serve you fresh food. You will be shocked to know that they even not give you complimentary items in rooms (toothpaste, soap, etc).
