Filthy, dirty and unhygienic surroundings. Area full of mosquitoes. Room service pathetic. The remote connection/ switch of room air conditioners is there at the reception. They switch it off in the night. If you wake up then they would switch it on pretending as if the problem has been rectified. The small soaps, towels, mosquito repellent etc is provided only if you ask for it. They try to save money on every small thing. this makes stay very uncomfortable and irritating. Surrounding is also very dirty and open sewages which smells alot and inspects as well. We dnt get the room which we have book prior, they make us wait for pre booked rooms Pls don't go with the images rooms are very dirty and no proper lights

Came from France to visit pondicherry. The staff were very responsive. I had doubts but the room was clean as showed in the pictures and the place is next to the mall. Overall satisfied for 5 day stay. Best, Anand
