BR Grand

Had a great stay with family in the month of May. We had 4 rooms and one of the rooms was upgraded to the next category. None of the rooms have balcony. The second room on floor 1 is their premium room and I got that 👍🏻. The staff right from front office to housekeeping to reception all of them are really warm and do the best they can to make your stay comfortable. The buffer breakfast spread was lovely. Hotel location is great, right on Majitha road. Now some areas where the management can work to earn those 2 deducted stars: The hotel has no outside food policy,which is ok! But after the guest has ordered outside food and has received, the hotel has the audacity to ask the guest to dispose that food right in front of them but not consume it. And the reason given was super duper lame. The qty of towels both hand and bathing given in the room were unplanned. The food price and portion just don't match, which is discouraging. No recreation activity for kids except swimming pool. Think of adding some indoor board games for the guests.
