The buildings and rooms look great, however that is all that is good about this place. If you look a little closer you will soon see all the shoddy workmanship! The location is awful, next to an empty field where people burn rubbish all the time. It stinks of sewage as soon as you open your room door. The service is awful. The staff are not trained. On our first night we ordered some cocktails that were completely wrong! The ingredients are even in the menu but for some reason the barman (that doesn't understand any English) lied and just made up the ingredients. The food is also below average! They say it's fine dining but is far from fine! We had better food in the highway service stops. The prices are ridiculously high for what they serve. We played cards in the restaurant on the first night and the staff had no issues with it, then on the second night they said we can't play there because it is a "fine dining restaurant" so it not allowed and accused us of gambling (which we were not doing) and asked us to leave. They then turned off all lights and claimed it was a maintenance issue. All of the managers (about 10 of them) then argued and lied to us for about an hour. Each room has a private pool that isn't heated and is freezing cold. Even the big pool isn't heated. The only pool that is heated is in the spa but isn't kept on so you have to book a treatment 24 hours in advance in order to use the pool (even the spa treatments are very very expensive) the only good thing is the rooms are nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever! I could go on but I think that's enough. You can tell by the response to other negative reviews just how unprofessional they really are. Everyone gets the same reply about some random bride and groom!

Absolutely THE worst!! Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this place. Where do I even start. Well, I should have paid attention to other reviewers and avoided this joke of a hotel. We have stayed in 5* hotels all over the world - I was Head of Finance at a private island resort. I have NEVER experienced a place like this. On our first night we had to send back every drink because no one had provided the staff with any training. The management were quick to throw the staff under the bus instead of admitting that management were to blame. In their “fine dining restaurant” they served us frozen chips! Initially, the hotel looks pretty, but it is very much skin deep, with shoddy workmanship. The sky bar was never open. The spa needed at least 24 hours notice for treatments. The worst part (except for management) was the fact that this hotel is built on top of a real and active rubbish burning facility. So you are always breathing in toxic fumes from just outside the gate. Yesterday they wanted us to play in one of our hotel rooms - the whole family crammed in one room. And just outside the stink of fresh sewage. Tonight they have declared that my family and I can’t quietly play any games (cards, dice, not gambling) in the public dining room, for no reason at all. They have sent staff member after staff member to tell us to put the dice away. Now they have shut off the lights and we are physically stranded in the dining room. the cowardly management have resorted to this instead of talking to us, their paying guests, about why we can’t play a simple game while we drink their overpriced cocktails. (It is to keep my father occupied - he has vascular dementia. It is an important part of his daily therapy.) Absolutely shocking and disgusting behavior. I cannot stress highly enough how awful this hotel and their management team are. The final straw is the way they abuse their own staff. They have ruined our trip to Jaipur - probably our very last family trip due to my father’s illness. I will take this further. Avoid this place at all costs.

Extremely inattentive and inhospitable management. I was here for a wedding and was definitely disappointed by my overall stay. The locks in most of the rooms were broken so they asked us to carry a physical key. No network throughout the property so no way to get in touch with anyone, if you are lost or can't get into the rooms.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far from satisfactory, and I believe it is crucial to bring certain issues to your attention. Firstly, the food served during my stay was not only subpar in quality but also alarming as some items appeared to be expired. This not only compromised my enjoyment of the meals but also raised serious concerns about health and safety standards. Furthermore, the level of service provided by your staff was exceptionally poor. I encountered unprofessionalism, indifference, and a lack of basic courtesy. It is disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction, which is a fundamental aspect of the hospitality industry Equally concerning was the arrogance displayed by both the staff and, surprisingly, the owner. Instead of addressing valid concerns and complaints, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of accountability. This attitude is detrimental to the reputation of your resort and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for guests.

Don't do it. I booked this hotel and need to cancel. Do you know there is NO WAY to cancel this easily. It has taken several days of phone calls, emails, etc and I am still nowhere. They have a 48 hr cancellation policy and I am 2 weeks away and believe that I might never be able to cancel this. I'll have to call my credit card company etc. Calling the number listed takes you to reservations (making them, not cancelling them). It has been a nightmare and I would recommend avoiding it if there is any chance you need anything from this hotel. Infact, I challenge you - try to call them on the number listed and see if you can get anyone at the actual hotel for anything.
