My stay here presented an mixed average experience with a silver lining of picturesque scenery. The location offered stunning views of the river and surrounding landscape, undoubtedly the highlight of the visit. The scenic views were undeniably stunning, creating a picturesque backdrop for the stay. However, the overall experience was marred by subpar service. However, the overall resort experience was middling. The rooms were comfortable but lacked a touch of luxury or unique amenities. Service was satisfactory, though not particularly attentive or personalized. The dining options provided standard fare, falling short of creating a memorable culinary experience. While the resort's location was a highlight, the service fell short of expectations. Staff responsiveness was lacking, and requests were met with delays. The disconnect between the breathtaking surroundings and the underwhelming service left a noticeable gap in the overall guest experience. If your priority is breathtaking views, this resort delivers on that front for those prioritizing scenic beauty over service, this resort may still hold some appeal. However, if attentive and efficient service is crucial to your stay, you might want to consider other options along the riverbanks. However, for a more well-rounded and memorable stay, there may be other options worth exploring.

Cons: Service is average, staff is not professional and the management is a bit rude as well. Didn't feel the hospitality someone would expect from such hotel. Bathrooms lack bathtub and grooming accessories. Slow wi-fi. Not worth the money for Indian tourists. Pros: Breakfast is good. The location and the view of the river is splendid! River in the back of the hotel is the only thing which made the stay a bit worthwhile. Good open area and ambience.

Everything about this hotel is great. You can not have a single complaint regarding their service or food. Very beautiful place keeps you connected with nature and luxury too. Staff is very friendly and supportive. I had my wedding in this hotel and I can not thank them enough fir a wonderful experience.
