Visited the Hotel during the Valentine Weekend i.e. from 10th Feb'18 to 13th Feb'10. Did my booking on OYO app, got a good deal in terms of pricing. Pro's : 1. Near by to Major beaches like Calangute and sinquelim. 2. Agora fort is also near to the hotel 3. Few selected staff's are very good. 4. Enough parking space for your vehicle. Con's 1. During the my Stay Reception extension was not working and same was not conveyed to me also alternative way to connect was not suggested (landline number). For Every request i use to go to Reception or call the staff from my floor. 2. Food quality was not at all worth, very poor taste. Not properly cooked. Also chances or getting another item instead of the ordered one is very high. 3. Swimming Pool is very small, if ur a big group of swimmer please avoid the same and just pray the other guests don't turn up when ur in the pool, else it will be very crowded. 4. Even on regular request for Cleaning/Linen change during my 3 night stay same was not entertained. 5. Rooms are pretty Small as compared to the images shown on the Oyo App. Balconies are also very small. 6. No direction is available on the Main road for the turn to reach the hotel. Hence when going for the first time, its really difficult to track the hotel. Even the Google Maps take u till the main road only :) 7. Please make sure you reach after 12 as dey don't entertain early check-in but they will make sure You are informed enough so that you check out before 11. My query to the Hotel, when you are asking your guest to check out at 11 then how come our room was not ready till 12:30. Overall Experience was not that good. Hotel was okay, it's a budget hotel so not much expectations. It was a newly build hotels so the property was clean, staff was amazing and helpful. We noticed that the washrooms were very stinky even after the exhaust running all day Breakfast could be better Pool was small but clean .. not great for swimming though

Over charged hotel Rooms are small in size no pool at all. Dampness in room. Wifi not working not 24 hrs running hot water. Wifi not working. Limited options in breakfast. Kitchen is also not so well hygiene status is also bad. Not suggested for family guests. Ok for college students and male group
