Old hotel but located at prime place. Service is good. Rooms are of old style but with good amenities

It was very nice experience and stay in Calangute Annexe. The staff was very supportive. We got the complementary breakfast for all 4 days without extra pay, that was nice. Food was very good and unlimited in breakfast. The person who served breakfast was very polite and helpful. I dont remember his name, but he was good in nature. One restaurant (Sai Sagar) is attached with this hotel, so you no need to go anywhere for lunch and dinner. You will get food in reasonable rates. This hotel is at very walk-able distance (500m) from calangute beach and rates are also reasonable.. You will get Bikes and Taxi just outside the hotel, so no need to go in searching of anythings.. Calangute market is just outside this hotel. I liked it.. :)

I was in Calangute Residency from 15th October 14 to 22nd October 14 with my family in one of the Deluxe Cottage. The room is superb & spacious with sea facing balcony, well furnished, moreover with large & good wash room. The hotel is going through some renovation job & they couldn't arrange for their own restaurant, still they have arranged room delivery from adjacent restaurant. All the staffs were good, warm & cooperative. I will suggest everyone that give it a try & will not be disappointed. Its worthy staying there & best in north Goa.

We went to this place during off season. Rates were comparatively less from other hotels. And it is near to the Calangute beach. We took AC room. The room was tidy and had balcony attached.The bathroom flooring were anti slip. Every morning they used to provide local newspaper for reading. There was no wifi connectivity though. The staff was bit rude when it came to payment via card and insisted to pay by cash. Overall good experience.

We were there at Calangute residency annexe for five days ie from 8th Feb to 11th Feb. Walkable distance from Calangute beach. Ambience is very good.well maintained rooms. Staff is very responsible and friendly. Restaurant attached to it is very good. Ideal place for shopping but need to bargain as best as you can. I refer Calangute residency annexe to those who want budget friendly stay at Goa.
