Food Quality (⭐): The food at CAMA Resort was a big disappointment. It didn't taste very good, and eating there was not as good as I hoped. Location (⭐⭐⭐): One good thing was where it's located. The resort is in a nice place with pretty surroundings, and it's easy to get to cool stuff nearby. Staff Service (⭐⭐): The people who worked there were okay. Some were helpful, but some didn't seem to care much. They need to be more consistent in how they treat guests. Unexpected Charges (⭐): One thing that really bothered me was that they added extra costs that they didn't tell me about upfront. I was surprised when I had to pay more than I expected when I checked out. Not Explaining Rules (⭐): I wish they had told me the rules before I booked my stay. It's important to know what you're getting into when you stay at a place like this.

Despite such beautiful location, the resort is highly under maintained. Rooms are quite old and smelly. Basic amenities are not there in rooms. Food not that great, not many options. Things could have been better at the price they charge.

Location (⭐⭐⭐): On the positive side, the resort is in a nice place. It has a good location, a pleasant atmosphere, and it's easy to get to nearby attractions. Staff Service (⭐⭐): The staff service was okay. Some were helpful, but others didn't seem too interested. It would be better if the service was more consistent. Extra Hidden Charges (⭐): What bothered me a lot was finding out about extra charges at the end that I didn't know about before. It was a surprise during check-out and made the experience less pleasant. Lack of Explanation of Rules (⭐): I was let down by the lack of information about the resort's rules before I booked. It's important to know these things in advance for a better customer experience. Overpriced Mineral Water (⭐): The cost of a simple bottle of water was way too high. Charging Rs. 58 when it usually costs Rs. 20 feels unfair and like they're taking advantage.
