Amazing room for the price, good location between miramar beach and panjim center, bus goes on the road near the hotel, and the staff is super friendly and helping to foreigners!

Horrible experience. The location is not good. No restaurant in the hotel. No food available. Only tea available. No food or milk available for children. The rooms are very old. Mattresses are very old. Waste of money. No child friendly. No old age friendly no youngster friendly. Overall poorest.

This place doesn't deserve an single star also Because of the staff behavior the staff misbehaving with the guest & speaking in the way they want don't have the manners to be in hotel line... Troubling the guest in check in process who traveled by long journey & tired when we ask the name from staff to complain he refuse to say the name and said do whatever you want....
