They are charging too much money but there are providing very poor services to guests, no ac remote in my room, no wifi service is there, they can't even pick my call, staffs are behaving very badly. They are too much busy only in earning money from hotel without providing any comfort to customers. I'll not refer this hotel to anyone to stay here, I'm very much disappointed with their customer service despite the name and reputation of canary hotel.

The location is great and so is the property but everything else takes between lousy to average. Don't deserve the pricing and tariff. I don't know about the other hotels in Hazaribagh but this one is bad.
