I stayed 6 nights at this property. Upon entering I was greeted by Mr. Hubert. Amazing personality, always helpful and very friendly. His charisma adds immense value to the property. Please recognize his talent. We ask Hubert to help us in renting bikes which was done in less than a 5 minutes. Also he helped us booking the water sports and island trip. The Candolim beach is one minute walking distance And 10 minutes walking distance there is Aguada beach. Overall I had good interaction with all the staff. They were all positive and helpful. Rooms size is good.

I stayed in this hotel on 6th July’22. Pros: 1) The room is good. 2) The property location is good. Near by you will get all eating facilities and restaurants. 3) The beach is a 5 mins walk from the property. Cons: 1) The prices are too high. I was charged 3000 Rs per night for an off season without breakfast. 2) After insisting a lot we were offered 4 slices of bread. 2 egg portion and tea for myself. My wife and 1year old kid. 3) Blanket was not provided luckily my wife carried her shawl to cover my kid from cold. 4) Wi-Fi was not provided to us. 5) You need to ask the facility the property owner does not guide you through the facility. Even for soap. 6) We forgot the shawl at the hotel after check out, the property owner despite having my number did not inform me. Moreover when we sent WhatsApp message and even called them they did not respond. Finally I had to visit the hotel again to collect my shawl. Finally it’s not recommended to stay in this property at such high prices. But as a last resort the property can be preferred as the rooms are good.

Oh Man, we have stayed 3 days here. Rooms are good and comfortable. But service is not very good at the place. You need to ask for everything to the guy at reception. They don't give general amenities like soap,water, blanket. We need to ask him twice or thrice for all this. Otherwise,it's good place to stay. Candolim beach is like 5min walk from here. Panaji is 15km.approx. Calangute and Bagha beach is also close to this place. It's in the middle of all this beach. And its like very quite place after along day, you can have a good relaxing sleep here. Though the hotel manager and the reception guy is very helpful and provide the amenities,but only after you ask them😅. Overall Good place to Stay.👌

Decent stay and if you really want to stay a minute walk away from beach, then this is the place to stay. Booked through Airbnb and the rooms were clean. Friendly staff but beware about booking any services through them. Bikes - dont book with them as they charge 50/- extra, instead walk down the street and ask for bikes in the small shop beside wine shop. Also, for water sports they charge 200/- extra which can be booked directly at beach. staying close to the beach and hearing to the waves sounds, is unmatching.
