I had booked the hotel’s banquet for January 26th 2024 and 20 rooms from January 24th to 26th by personally visiting the hotel but due to some changes in the programme we requested the hotel to cancel the booking around 10th November ,almost 2 months before the function but now they are denying to refund any amount , really a bad experience and very poor after sales service

Yesterday we are visiting Kasi vishwanathar temple,At that time me and my family member ,Booked this hotel and rooms for (3 members) but they are provided double cottage only, I'm asking bed and pillows and blankets for room service person at 8:30PM But the room service man Ring the Roomdoor Bell at 12:45AM provide the bed and pillows and blankets😂😂😂😂 (Unfortunately we are wakeup at 2:45 am get ready to visit temple.)Overall clean and good environment but Room service is bad . Food is providing clean and geniune.But This hotel nearby No shops are available .

Located near Central Jail, both Railway station and airport are easily accessible. Service is bad and the food is pathetic. Rooms are untidy. Ruined my trip.
