Had a horrible experience at the Ventus hotel. I'd never recommend this hotel. 1. We were made to wait for around 1.5 hours at reception despite booking in advance 2. No basic amenities in the rooms like towels, glasses or even a bottle of water 3. When we asked for crockery in room, the request was rudely turned down 4. Breakfast buffet spread was below average, given the price point. Basic breakfast items like eggs or omlette were unavailable 5. Ordered coffee in the room once, and it tasted horrible. We couldn't consume it- it was that bad!

Scary experience overnight. I had booked a room with this hotel for a night. On arrival at around 10pm, I was transferred to "an extension" of the hotel which was essentially another hotel around 3 mins walk . This was me a solo female traveller being escorted by an unknown male on an open road. I was too tired after a delayed flight to have a long argument so I went along. On arrival at the "different" hotel, I was taken up to my room. After around 30 mins (past 11 pm) one of the attendants started knocking on the door. I was told that I had to make the payment now. I told him that I would not open the door this late at night as I was a solo female - already freshened up and changed for the night. I said I would make the payment in the morning. The guy on the other side started banging on the door. I called up the reception and spoke to the manager who said that I had to make the payment tonight. They could have taken the money earlier when I was in the reception area. I said there was no way I was opening the door and that they could call the police if they wanted to. This went on for 20 mins before they said they would take the payment the next morning. This was a scary experience and I was not at all comfortable. I had contemplated calling the police for help if this had gone on much further. Hotels should not be allowed to shuffle people around like this. Certainly never staying here again. Will instead pay extra and stay in one of the hotels in aerocity if required in the future.

Probably the worst hotel in the world. Check-in took us half an hour because they tried to put us in a different hotel. After we made a fuss they kept saying “wait 5minutes” for 20 minutes. We got to our small disgusting room. Food in the hotel is the worst we’ve had on our trip to India. The second day we found a cockroach in our bed and there was no running water. They gave us a different room. The staff doesn’t speak English but after telling them that 10 times they keep responding in Indian. The hotel is managed by a bunch of idiots. Whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Worst experience. I have stayed for 2 days and unfortunately the worst experience in my life and they have mentioned as 3 star and it’s own rating given by them as 3 star and it is not even 1 star and many lodges are better than this. Coming to the breakfast buffet never choose that option it’s a scam and they will just provide aloo paratha and that’s all. Even if you stay for 5 days they will provide only one water bottle for entire stay. Also there is lot of noise in the mid night which will disturb your sleep.

Recently we stayed in this hotel, we booked a Deluxe room but it was very small in size. Water issue in bathroom. Worst part is the complementary breakfast- They had bread with jam, pasta only and that too it was very cold as if previous night food was kept in next day morning. They are more keen on chargeable breakfast Only good thing is it’s near airport and there lot more hotels near by as well. I would suggest to look for better hotel before booking it.
