Air conditioner doesn't work, toilets not standard, no cupboard and cockroaches in every room. They throw you out of room, if you stay in the room after 11 am check out time.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your property. As a customer, I believe it is important to maintain a high standard of service and hospitality, which unfortunately was lacking during my stay. Upon arriving at the property, I was shocked to find that the rooms allotted to us were in a state of unhygienic conditions. It was extremely disheartening to have no other choice but to stay in such an unsanitary environment, especially since we were new to the city and had limited options available to us. The receptionist, who is meant to be the face of the establishment, was far from welcoming or polite. It was evident that the staff took our presence for granted, and there was no effort made to provide even a basic introduction to the room or the amenities. In instances where we sought clarification regarding the check-in and check-out process, we were met with a response that left us perplexed and dissatisfied. The receptionist's statement, "My property, my rules," demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of professionalism.

I've experienced a paranormal activity in the hotel , when my partner was at the reception for submitting the ID cards. Something is really wrong with the property. It's not all as it's shown in the picture. The place, corridor, rooms and also reception everything is dark , as soon as u have a look u may feel the bad aura. It's nothing like shown in the pictures. I would suggest u not to visit it please be safe if u still opt it.

Worst Vulgar place. Nothing is same as photos! Lot of cigarette butts, washroom wasn’t cleaned, looks like slum. Such a fraud place. Even after prebooking. They will ask you some extra money as there is some pending amount. And when I said that room looks awkward, I’m leaving they didn’t refund me because I stayed for 10mins. Lol Arrogant hotel manager.
