Rooms are renovated with the latest toiletry, bathroom fittings, Floor etc. The room is in good condition but a bit small compared to other hotels at this price. Overall a nice place to stay for a shorter trip.

Room is good, size of room and bath space is compact. Service, a room service person entered the room even without knocking the door. Food was good. Location very close to ranchi railway station. Overall felt bit overpriced.

The front desk does need to be trained how to address visitors. The executive who accompanied me (I had gone for an interview) to the 3rd floor lobby stated, "Women are not allowed inside the room"! I was only meeting the guests in the lobby!!! Ranchi is still has a small town mindset (and tends to be conservative), however this was ridiculous 🙄
