The resort has a pleasant ambiance, but the booking experience was very much disappointing. Despite prepaying for a Jacuzzi Villa, we were given an ordinary room upon arrival, and no refunds or assistance were provided. The food was decent for the price, but services fell short with no in-room beverage service, lacking basic toiletries. Overall, I won't consider or recommend this resort to friends

Amazing resort for a stay in Kerala. The staff is so friendly and kind. They have daily events in the evening and help you plan excursions as well. We spent Christmas there and the staff went out of their way to help us feel included. Thank you!

Came back from the resort after a 3 night stay. The staffs were courteous, helpful and hospitable. The main attraction of this resort is the 55 acres of land and the ambience one gets to enjoy, not to mention the serene climate. The food was very good but repeatative. The only thing they could do well is introduce temperature controlled pools (especially the private one). The off road trip and the magnificient view at the end of it is something to look out for. Overall, people looking to enjoy some peaceful time will surely have a great time here.

Absolutely outdated room with insects all over. I have taken jacuzzi villa and let me tell you the funniest part, they have given us lock to secure the room but forgot to put a proper bolt to washroom door that leads to jacuzzi. Coming to food there was only beef in the buffet starter, they don’t have common sense that everybody doesn’t opt it. No doubt the property is huge and one can enjoy nature to the fullest but rest everything is worse considering a room charge of 11k+ Suggestion: Please enjoy nature elsewhere instead of spending so much here and getting highly disappointed.
