Good place for a weekend stay.The environment is good,just 800 metres away from the Athirapilly falls The ambience is serene.The mannan suite was a treat, the rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The food is mouth watering.An added advantage is the river view with a small walkway entrance. Kudos to the staff ,they are really helpful,right from the security guards to the restaurant to the front office.Special mention- Ms Navya the reception staff was really courteous and helpful.She explained everything meticulously with a smile on her place. Have been to many places in Kerala for such holiday getaways,but Casa Rio is one of the best of the lot -they delivered what they promised Highly recommended 😊😊

Really enjoyed the stay with my friends, the staffs are so professional and always welcome with their smiles. Had a great breakfast with good varieties of traditional and continental options. It is so close to the river and can go out to the river from the property itself. Overall enjoyed the place.

Arrogant behaviour from the manager of Casa rio hotel .Resort is not properly maintained,here and there tiles have been broken and even we got injured due to that broken tile.😡 Rooms are very congested and we couldn’t even breathe there as there was no ventilation at all.Deeply disgusting and suffocating.I Left as early as possible because we just wanted to get out of there because we couldn’t cancel unfortunately due to the fact we came all the way from (City) and by the time we saw the room it was too late to cancel. I even tried with the manager to get a good and spacious room there but his answer was a big no.He doesn’t had a better option there.I stayed in several resorts but this type of an attitude from a manager was for the first time in my life.Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting.Horrible customer service especially by the man who himself introduced as manager,worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

Excellent service: The highlight of our stay at Casa Rio Resorts was undeniably the exceptional service provided by their dedicated team. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff ensured that we felt pampered and attended to our every need. Their warm hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay truly special. Good breakfast: The variety and quality of food served were impressive. However, during peak hours, the breakfast area did tend to get a bit congested, which was the only minor inconvenience we encountered during our stay. One of the unique features of Casa Rio Resorts is its direct access to the river. The sitting arrangements facing the river and mountains were inviting and created a tranquil ambiance. We found ourselves spending a lot of time by the riverside, especially during late nights. The experience was magical and added an extra dimension to our stay. We were pleased to note that Casa Rio Resorts takes safety seriously. The property felt secure, allowing us to relax without any worries. However, one aspect that could be improved is the street leading to the resort's entrance. In conclusion, Casa Rio Resorts offered us a day filled with relaxation, natural beauty, and excellent service. I would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Rio Resorts to anyone seeking a serene retreat amidst nature's bounty. It's a place where you can create cherished memories with friends and loved ones.
