We stayed here last week. The villa is lovely but what takes it to the next level is the people and the service. Everyone knows your name and the warm greetings are sincere. Nothing is too much trouble. Do not miss the breakfast made by the caretaker. A big shout out to Jijesh and the managers. Highly recommend!!

Lived in one of their Portuguese villa called Casa Tina. Was better than living in a 5 star hotel. The entire place was to your self and the staff was better than any hotel I've been to. The Villa was beautiful and very well maintained. I later realized they have many more amazing villa's throughout Goa, which is way better than staying at the same hotels over and over again. The caretaker was very friendly and the owner (Mr. Jijesh) suggested some cool places to check out in Goa.

When we first stumbled upon this villa, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Jijesh is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The Villa is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Jijesh had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.

stayed at Casa Tina - 5BR villa owned by Iksha in Vagator. We were a group of 13 being my family members. a 400 yr old Portuguese villa refurbished by iksha. absolutely gorgeous villa and looks better than the pics. very spacious rooms, portico, living room and kitchen and dining room. great courtyard and pool area to hang with family. poolside bar is super. lovely greenery and lighting all around and in the villa. very comfy rooms with all amenities and super air-conditioning. we were given a very warm welcome by suraj - operations head, who explained everything about the villa and gave us a tour. was also very helpful in trying to arrange a medical equipment i needed for my mum. he rushed to 4-5 different medical stores looking for the same. the 3 caretakers of the villa...mangal, barun and last name i cant recall (sorry) ..deserve special mention for the care they took for 4 days of the entire villa and us. overall....magnificent experience. i know where to stay in goa next!!
