A great place to stay, for a long or short period, as it is walking distance to the sea, restaurants, super- market etc. Very comfortable and clean apartments with all the required amenities. We have stayed three times in one bedroom apartment and will do so in future too. The only drawback is the check out time which at 10 am (while the check in is at 2 pm) is way too early. Nowhere there should be more than 2 hours difference between check in and check out times.

Clean and tidy flats. Parking available. Swimming pools are also available and water gets changed regularly. There is a grocery store nearby and online orders gets delivered. Accomodation is wonderful. Easy to reach place. Manager was also polite and helpful. You can book the accomodation via Air BNB and other platforms.

I have booked this stay from airbnb. I have to say that the location is wonderful. If you are thinking to stay here just go for it. Well maintained by the host. Proper parking for 4 wheelers as well as 2 wheelers. I had paid 11000rs for 2 nights. Near by location is also very good. You will get everything things near by. Beach is 10 mins walking distance. But its a stone beach not sand beach.

Awesome experience, one of best Airbnb stays I had, just outside the apartment there is 24*7 departmental store, for coffee and pizza Bacchus, for Hookah Hookie and late night Momos, it's an incredible place. Nikhil and Vishal manage these properties, they have around 50 flats in this. There is cleaning everyday and all utensils and kitchens are also cleaned. Outside at night there are food trucks also and a very lively place to reach any time of the day. Checkin check out is seamless. You can book on Airbnb or Directly with Nikhil. Direct booking is cheaper.
