One of the worst hotels in Trichur. They renovated main lobby only and posted photos which are not accurate. Rooms are unclean and A/C not working at all . Unclean bathroom with broken floor tiles. The bed is made of spring and had severe back ache after a day’s stay. Don’t ever book this hotel. Staff also not friendly

Old property in heart of Thrissur city with ample parking. Fish and food is delicious. Service is great with friendly staff . Rooms was average though. Bathrooms need to be improved to current standards

I called them for a doubt regarding booking rooms and the location of their hotel as i am travelling to thrissur for the first time , the reception lady didnt even had a manner to just answer me , she just listened and hung up on my call very rude , i called their manger he just took the call and sed will give a call back.. Neither him or his team contacted back , i mean this is rude from you people side... What kindof hospitality is this ? I just dropped the plan of visiting this hotel and booked another .

Hi, stayed last few days at Hotel Casino. Good food and nice ambience . Very POOR HOSPITALITY. Worst house keeping. When asked the receptionist he said it is hotel guests job to remind them to clean the room. Behaved like II have committed a mistake by not reminding them. When asked GMs number, he said GM is busy and he wont attend the call. ( gave contact number finally) Very nice words on the welcome board near the lift, please show your customers that you mean it. At least train your staff on how to give a heart touching guest experience. . Such arrogant people attending customers....fed up.

Staff behavior was good . Location was excellent . Issue:- WIFI never worked This is a basic stuff in any hotels....In last 10 years first time facing WIFI issues in a luxury hotel. , twice went down to reception and found no help and had to use my phone internet through out my stay ... Paid for breakfast previous day, but still i was send back to get confirmation from reception while having breakfast . 5th floor , executive rooms .. had a bad smell entering the floor . Room were ok. 10 min to check-in staff was in for cleaning. Most of the admin system does not work in this hotel .
