A good place can be improved if the space is occupied correctly. There is a big empty space in bathroom God knows for what reason. Room lightings can be a little subtle and electronic equipment can be better if serviced frequently. Overall not a bad experience but a quality stay in such a peaceful place can be appreciated.

Room and washrooms not clean. Glasses given for water not clean. No hot water when we checked in at 12.30 PM. When I asked about it they said hot water is available only in morning. No ambience in room. Very much disappointned

Rooms are big but those plastic flowers used made (we guess) the place unbreathable. It was stinking. Staff (at the reception) is unprofessional. They treat you as if you went to a police station. Stayed there only for a night while travelling from Matheran to Lonavala. The only pro is location.
