This hotel has spectacular location. The staff are friendly, helpful, caring and excellent in service. Food was delicious. Best place to be in Darjeeling. Feels like home. If you want to be totally relaxed,rejuvenated, and thoroughly spoiled then Cedar Inn is the place to stay at. Grateful thanks to all the staff, GM Sanjay, MD Tensing for making my stay the happiest ever. Will definitely come back over and over again.

Stayed here with family in mid-December and highly recommend this place. Rooms were clean and location was just right (away from city traffic but easily accessible thro' complementary shuttle service). All staff members staring from door keeper to room service to restaurant are always smiling and makes you feel at home. Special Thanks to Sanjay Nangia who took very good care of us!

Great hospitality, great food I was here for 2 nights with my friends. Right from the start, the staff was extremely warm and hospitable. The check-in process was quick. I am unable to recall the room category, but we had the great view room overlooking the property and the hills. Though the room size was a little small the view was spectacular. The rains made the property and the view even prettier. Even though it was pouring cats and dogs, the room service was very quick. This was the only Cedar Inn we enjoyed the food. The spread was good, everything tasted very good and the servers were prompt and humble. The chef did a quick cake for Father's day on request. It is a 20 mins walk from the mall road and 10 mins drive from the Peace Pagoda. The location is good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property in Darjeeling for its hospitality, food and location. The team has been trained really well.

It was an amazing experience in this hotel.There are a few things which I would like to list .The staff is very polite and very helpful,especially the General Manager (Mr Sanjay) who helped us book our taxis and plan our trip accordingly . I would reccomend this hotel to every one who wants to visit darjelling .This hotel is at a very great height and kanchenjunga along with other ranges our clearly visible . The food and hospitality is awesome . This hotel is a must stay .
