Hotel at an ideal location with ample parking space. It has got a good and tidy restaurant that serves tasty food. Wifi facility available. Service is good too. Price is a bit expensive for the facilities provided. The rooms are not insulated from outside sound. Even water flow from the washroom was very noisy inside the room.

Great location with a good view. Service has room for improvement. Faucets were leaky in our bathroom. Location is approachable and ample parking space available. Staff are polite but inadequate. Intercom facility is unavailable. Food is good and the personal changes were incorporated.

CeeCee Grand Resort is centrally located yet sufficiently away from the tourist din. The views of the tea gardens from the Resort are amazing. Vishnu and his staff are friendly and attentive hosts and make you feel at home. The food provided was really tasty. Overall great experience.

Pros: View: There is a separate cottage room which has a nice view from the back balcony towards the tea plantations. Refer uploaded pics. It was so nice to sit there and enjoy cool breeze. There are a lot of plantations which give it a nice vibe but it surely can be further improved with time. Furnishing: It was nicely done with washrooms exceptionally well with hot water. AC and TV were working Staff: The staff in reception were very nice. While leaving one of the staff members packed us with Guava plucked fresh from the resort itself. Also they arranged us a 3-4 hour off-road jeep trip at a cost of Rs 2500 that was an awesome experience for the entire family. Cons: Food: quality of food is poor. Also we have to order everything in advance including breakfast. However, just outside the resort there is a nice restaurant where we went and had our lunch. Cleanliness at the backside of rooms: We saw a lot of water & alcohol bottles probably thrown by old guests at the back side of the cottage which were not cleaned by restaurant staff. Also walking further back we saw landfill
