Title: Disappointing Experience I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a service that left much to be desired. The level of hospitality was far from satisfactory, and I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the service fell short of expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my needs, creating a rather unwelcoming atmosphere. Communication was lacking, leaving me frustrated and unattended. Moreover, the overall quality of service left a lot to be desired. It's disheartening when expectations are not met, especially in an industry that heavily relies on customer satisfaction. I believe there's ample room for improvement in both service and hospitality to meet the standards one would reasonably expect. In summary, my experience was regrettably disappointing, and I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the establishment to enhance its service and hospitality for future patrons. Never opt for this hotel NEVER.

I regret to say that my recent stay at Celebriti Hotel was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment I checked in, it became evident that this establishment lacks even the basic standards of hospitality. Firstly, i came back to hotel around 11:30 pm and all the doors were closed. We constantly asked to open the doors but couldn’t because they forgot the keys where they have kept. After an hour or so standing in freezing cold outside we entered the hotel. The staff's attitude was shockingly indifferent. They displayed a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. Any attempt to address my concerns was met with dismissive responses, making it clear that customer service is not a priority for them. Next morning after facing so much hassle, we planned to checkout of the hotel. The staff’s behaviour was totally shocking they tried to mentally and physically harass me. But we showed alot of patience and due to fear and away from family we did not show any reaction. In the end we planned to call the police, but than they told us to not otherwise they will torture us more of our stay in manali. Finally they asked us to pay some amount which we paid and left to avoid any miss-happening. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to not even consider. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing and distressing it was. Save yourself the misery and find accommodation elsewhere.

We had a very pleasant experience at Celebriti hotel. The rooms are well maintained and the services are commendable. The staff is exceptionally decent, the way they greeted, treated and see offed is much appreciated. Although we went during off season yet everything asked for, was at the door. Overall It was a wonderful experience. Thank you @AaranshGroup... Celebriti Hotel... for the worth appreciating experience.
