Staff was courteous and attentive, room was having all amenities like hot water, dryer in bathroom, TV, mirror, locker, Almira. Restaurant is above can go there or have room service, taste was also ok. Other cheap roadside options also present just at the corner as it is student hub area.

Stayed for two days. They upgraded my room to Executive room, though I had a booking for Standard room. I had booked my stay using MMT App. The room alloted to me was little stuffy with no window. For second night, they upgrarded my room to Mini suite at no extra cost. Appreciate their gesture.

So we visited Moti Mahal deluxe for the restaurant and it was horrible.. hardly any staff available.. does not look at all like Moti Mahal ... Dirty table linen , 🦟 mosquitoes everywhere, and the most dull atmosphere ... No ac working The name is getting spoilt of Moti Mahal by giving it's franchisee to such hotels .

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely regretted it. 1. The rooms are very small and expensive. 2. The food is mediocre at best. Buffet has only 2 items. Breakfast has very limited items, not even toaster was provided. Breakfast always started late and ended early. 3. They have around 18 rooms, the overall cleanliness of the carpet in the corridors and lift was not upto the mark. Very dirty basement area in which they have a small party area. 4. They have very limited parking area, which is usually taken up by the staff vehicles. 5. Bathroom ceiling kept dripping with some liquid, didn't get fixed even after complaining. 6. Service is horrendous. Room service food gets delivered after 1.5 hours. Tea ordered but never got delivered. They never cleaned the room daily, after multiple follow-ups they clean grudgingly. Unless asked they won't change bedsheets. Unless asked they would only leave one fresh towel in a room of 2 occupancy. Won't give you daily water bottles unless you remind them. 7. Receptionist is terrible. Won't help you at all. The entire hotel is short-staffed. 8. Wifi worked well. 9. Very thin walls. You can hear everything from the corridor. Many people in our case faced issues with key cards which kept stalling.
