Amazing hospitality, Spent the new year's eve there and all the people were great. Right from the booking Mr. Amritpal Singh took care of all the and resolved all the queries and helped with a smooth booking experience. Mr Ram (manager and responsible person at the property and all staff members from room service to house keeping to restaurant were just amazing. The property location is beautiful away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Will definitely visit again whenever i am i Chail next

This place is beautiful! Chail’s hamlet located on a mountain, surrounded by panorama of mountains covered with pine and chid trees, it’s situated in village but yet gives you the kind of solitude and peace you would expect want! The way to reach hamlet is not risky, easy and they have a proper parking available! The place is pretty huge with so many facilities like swimming pool and a game zone! The rooms are decent big with a very comfortable ambience, plus very room has a valley view, which for you was the most important! Except the stone cottage which is little on the inside but is gorgeous! The service is quick and staff very friendly! Whether it’s room service or dining, you won’t have spend time waiting! The entire place is wheelchair accessible and in rooms the stone cottage definitely can be accessed from a wheelchair! I am not very sure about the other rooms! The food is delicious too! I loved my three days stay here! Even tough the price is on a higher side, we visited Chail in off season so we got a good deal! I would mostly def. Recommend this place for people who want to relax and enjoy the view in solitude!

Hotel is beautiful, very nice property amazing food and prompt service. But people visiting their turn up the place in evening as an open bar and create nuisance, so hotel need to work on their policies so that other families should not suffer. They should allow drinking in personal rooms or restaurant but not in common area. After making multiple complaints manager did manage to stop the people from drinking in common area but still it was a big drawback, if u are planning to visit with kids or elders. Do check before traveling.
