I with my friends stayed there for 3 days last dec. We booked 2 rooms with mountain view 3 mnts prior but while reaching there we got horrible rooms without any view and while questioning them they denied and wanted to convince use to stay in those horrible small rooms with broken toilet sit and broken window, water clogged basin, when the outside temp is nothing less then 2°. The plp in reception not only lied but also argued with us badly whenever we tried to question them. Their manager as well as the staffs are extremely unprofessional,negligent,rude with their behavior towards boarders but also big time liers. Most of the boarders are highly unsatisfied, with there hospitality, food and environment. The hotel entrance is near a garbage space so is feels awful while entering the hotel. The hotel doesn't even have a proper generator to support power cuts, they even switch off intercom facility and geyser while the outside temperature is 3°c . So our stay in darjeeling Cherry Wood was a nightmare.

It was lovely staying with Hotel Cheery wood & Restaurant , staff were very friendly and helpful and Payal at the front office takes all effort to make your stay comfortable

Location is appropriate. Near to mall and also car comes to it's door steps. Food is good and staffs are also very polite. It's a affordable choice for those who can't even spent too much like this place. It's beside of SONAR BANGLA Darjeeling ( which is very high in price ). Thank you Cherrywood 😍
