Excellent customer service. Clean rooms and exceeding parent's expectations. Booked this for my family and they had a lovely time. Food was better here when compared to the other local restaurants.

I have booked for 31st night for new year eve with my family. So we total were approx 7 people and have taken family room. While booking they agreed for extra mattress but in the night they were just giving blankets to sleep on. TV, geaser was not working we compliant about this in reception also but there were having shortage of staff and was not entertaining us. Food was ok. But not so good experience with services they provide. Will not recommend this place at all.

I have been ere multiple times over the last ten years. Their food has always been yum, esp. the bombil fry and prawns curry..even the veg puloa was yummy. proximity to the beach is definitely a plus point. even the view from the gazebo area is fab. ample parking space. Only thing i think they need to work on is the cleanliness and maintenance, i recommend a deep clean of the rooms and drawers, airing of the rooms esp in monsoons to remove the musty mouldy smell. Swimming pool too can be cleaned a little and tiles need to be fixed better. other than that the staff - Mr. Roy, Mr, Leslie, Jackson and the two aunties who make the yummy food are a delight. they made arrangements for all that we asked for. Our family totally enjoyed.
