My disappointment with our recent stay at your Dadar, Mumbai hotel. i had booked based on Goibibo photos, but the reality was vastly different. The absence of proper signage made it challenging to locate the hotel, and the rooms were subpar compared to the advertised images. Due to unforeseen delays in our transportation, we arrived at the hotel slightly later than anticipated, around 10:20 AM. Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us with a confrontational attitude and insisted that we check out by 11 AM, citing the hotel's policy. While we did not contest the policy, we were taken aback by the receptionist's rudeness and lack of professionalism in addressing the situation. It was an unpleasant experience, especially considering the price we had paid for a brief half-hour stay. This encounter has left me deeply dissatisfied with the overall service at your hotel. I must admit that this is my second disappointing experience with hotel bookings through Goibibo in recent times. As a result, I am now considering exploring alternative booking channels for future accommodations.

Here are some of the things I liked about City Guest House: • Spacious and clean rooms for one-two person(s): The rooms are not huge, but they are definitely big enough for one or two people. They are also very clean, and the beds are comfortable. • Considerable flexibility in check-in and check-out time: I was able to check in early and check out late, which was very helpful. The staff were also very accommodating when I had to stay back a couple of hours after check-out, as I had genuine and urgent work. • Warm, polite, friendly, and helpful staff. The staff at City Guest House are absolutely wonderful. They are always happy to help, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. • Great, safe and secure location: The City Guest House is located in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Dadar railway station (local) and MSRTC Shivneri Bus Stop. This makes it easy to get around Mumbai, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend City Guest House to solo travelers. It is a great place to stay if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Mumbai. Here are some additional suggestions for solo travelers: • If you are on a budget, you can save money by eating at the local restaurants in the area. There are many small, affordable restaurants that serve delicious food. • If you are interested in last-minute shopping, there are many great shops in the area. You can find everything from clothes and stationery items. I hope this helps!

Situated just near to dadar railway station, so useful if someone wants to stay near station within walking distance. Front desk person was helpful.Due to railway station you can get restaurants and transport options easily. But same time this location is noisy due to railway station. Room was small but descent and clean. So recommend for short stay near station.
