Nice hotel. All services available. Even serve tea in mid night If I want. Staff is unprofessional, but overall experience is good. Washroom, rooms, all 4star. Food is awesome here I give 5star for that.

Worst place ever. Rooms are highly untidy. There are no fans. There are no proper charging points. We cannot charge our phones. There are random wires all over the place. The hotel lobby is disgusting. Carpets have not been vacuumed. Stained bed sheets, towels. If you ask them for towels and remind them twice also, they still take 1 hour to send it to your room. Breakfast everyday is the same spread. Just 4-5 dishes. Breakfast starts at 7 but all the dishes are ready only by 8. Bathroom is not clean. Disgusting. Room ac does not work. Managers do not respond to customers. Not even worth 2k for a night. They checked us into the room late , offered to only change our room to a worse room with leaking bathrooms. Disgusting place. Not even worth 1000 for a night.

I never recommend to anyone stay there, poor services, unprofessional behaviour by owner & staff, unhygienic food, dirty rooms, found used condom inside of bed, it's not a family hotel, only good for those people whose will take room for 2-3 hours for enjoyment. Most of the 5 & 4 Rating are fake or paid. Please check once before any decision.

I recently stayed at City Westend Hotel in New Delhi, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The staff's attitude left much to be desired - their rudeness was quite off-putting. Moreover, the room I was assigned was in a state of disrepair. None of the plugs seemed to be functioning, and even the fridge was out of order. This made for a very inconvenient stay, to say the least. Regrettably, every time I approached the staff for assistance, my requests were met with refusal. It was disheartening to experience such a lack of willingness to address these issues. In conclusion, my stay at City Westend Hotel was far from what I expected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience.
