They have a very poor and worst service and servicing staff. Television is not in working condition in suite room. Internet was not connected with TV. No liquid soap or solid soap available. shampoo container button was not working. We are two persons checked in but we have provided by one towel. Even I have provided my email ID to them and asked them to share the invoice but still not received. Next visit will be zero from my side.

The worst situation is, they say that "guests are not allowed from outside". Is this a hostel or a lodge? Can't we meet whom we have checked them in? What kind of service are you guys providing? Are you even serious? Do you guys know what customer relations is? While your cost is way too high and the service you provide is palbable

For a standard room they were charging too high, which doesn't include breakfast and have to park your vehicle on the road side. When we decided to leave, they started negotiating and offering to include breakfast. Overall very unprofessional and no value for money

Most ppl book their stay in advance on online portals and then arrive. Since we were en route to Bangalore, we arrived directly at the hotel to check if there is room that is vacant. We chose the executive room, which was charged much higher than the online portal(obviously, we were cheated). The bathroom had non functioning shower, water tap, and health faucet. The towels were dirty and in yellow shade. Would not recommend anyone to opt for this.
