Overall, I had a great experience with the Ramada Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were ok . The room was good, clean, and prefect to stay with our elderly parents . Few staff at this hotel were all great! They all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Highly recommending to reward the following employees Parvathy - Travel Manager She was very interactive and was eager to resolve our travel-related queries irrespective of time . Parvathy was quick to understand our plight and provided us a solution by charting a very comfortable travel with our elderly parents . Indeed she is an asset to your hotel Vishnu @ Fine Dining Vishnu offered us excellent hospitality service . He was very cheerfully to serve us . What made his service special was when he realized my daughter who was unwell and nauseated and not eating anything at the breakfast table . He made a special medicine drink with lemon and honey and it indeed did help her instantly . Anushree @ Spa Anushree provided a very memorable spa experience to my mother who was 70+. She was very gentle and soft with my mother . She helped her carefully before and after bath . My mother who came to the spa room reluctant walked out happy and beautiful . Anish @ Spa Seeing us wait for the elevator for 10 mins ,specially when we were in a hurry to get to our rooms to check out , offered to help us . He very carefully held my mother’s hand and helped her slowly climb down a scary staircase . We were at the 7th floor so looking down the manual stairs were scary. Anish assured my mother saying don’t worry you wont fall and that you are safe with me . Indeed a kind gentleman Saji @ Concierge Mr Saji became like a family member in just few minutes of meeting him. He took excellent care of our elderly parents. Drove us around Alappuzha with care

We had been here from club Mahindra side. As we entered, we were greeted by them with some juice and our check in went smooth. Room was very comfortable and our stay was pleasant. After checking out we have a lot of time to spend until we catch our train and we decided to go out for site seeing. When we asked them if they can look after our luggages, they instantly obliged. When we came back to get out luggages, they helped us with everything and treated us very well! I'm very happy with their service!
