Very good property but could be managed more professionally. Check in experience was bad. Took 2 hours for bags to be delivered in the rooms. No resort map. No proper information of the facilities although a single shelter was handed over which really did not have any info. No menu of the items provided in room service. Regret their app also does not provide any details.

“I recently stayed at Club Mahindra Resort in Goa and had an exceptional experience. The property is luxurious and exudes a rich ambiance. 5 swimming pools in 1 single resort was the highlight of my stay, The staff was incredibly supportive and always ready to assist, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The food served at the resort was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, Highly recommend Club Mahindra Resort in Goa It’s a destination that guarantees a memorable and satisfying vacation.”

Well , I personality the surroundings of the resort it's quit relaxing for me as per there's a lot of things in the resort form gym , swimming pool , garden , spa etc. It's good to have a relaxing time with your family. But the price for the rooms I personally think is pretty high, it's not really something unique or anything . Make sure to have a good amount of money if you are looking to stay for a couple of days

It's old property with private beach. The rooms are overdue for renovation. Exhaust fan in toilet not working properly throughout the stay. Basin tap leakage created small water pond in the room. Although all these issues sorted quickly after communication to room service. Food is too costly there. But I got to know the cost is same in almost all Mahindra clubs. Overall experience was good.

Wonderful place! Amazing atmosphere. Costlier than it deserves. Food is mediocre, service is poor. Keep calling their room service or any other facility, it takes 10 to 20 minutes to connect. Staff is extremely polite but reaching them is difficult. I did not appreciate that they play along with the politics of taxi union and the favouritism in taxi operation even though its none of their business. I'm giving 4 stars purely for the reasons of location, atmosphere, polite staff, and the fact that the facilities they offer are good. Staff needs a lot of training. When i visited the restaurant alone, nobody came to my table for taking the order. In restaurant, I was told they have kid menu but when I tried to order the same food for my kid in the room, they denied kid's menu. So, that was pretty confusing.
