This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. And this is supposed to be a resort. Absolute scam. The rooms smell and are very small. There is nothing to do inside. The only reason there is a 4 star average is because they bought 5 star reviews. Wi-Fi is very slow and even doesn’t work unless you ask them. The place is run down. The walls are very rough, not modern wooden walls. DO NOT COME HERE! ANYTHING ELSE IS BETTER!

Front desk staff was shameless and pathetic. Our luggage was not delivered to the room for about 1 hr and 45 mins even after 2 reminder calls and one personal request to the staff Ms Sarika and on reception Ms Shruti. Finally i went to get the luggage which was left unattended on a bench outside the building. The irony was that the luggage was lying there and the staff Ms Sarika was standing nearby but did not bother to instruct the staff to deliver the luggage (just one small attachie and a laptop bag) even after 2 personal requests in a gap of 1 hr.

Not recommended. Very average by Club Mahindra standards and prices. Not so good location. Front facing rooms are very noisy due to the main road outside. We shifted to an inside facing room, but those are pretty average too. Maintenance is mediocre and service is slow. The restaurant is somewhat of a bright spot, though they started asking for refences almost as soon as I finished my first meal 🙂. Wish they focused as much on guest experiences as they do on sales and marketing

Though it says resort, it is not at all a resort. Definitely very poor standard for Club Mahindra. It is more like a business hotel. Room doors are very tight. Extremely difficult to keep it open for an average person. Toilet flush knob extremely tight. Again normal person can not operate. Came to room at 21:20. It took 90 minutes to get drinking water in the room. Had to make 4 calls to reception.
