Great property. Nice rooms. Very good service - particularly the restaurant. Probably the best food among all Club Mahindra properties that I have been to in recent years. But the location is a definite turn down. Way outside the city - next to the airport actually. Pretty difficult unless you have your own transport. Poor location is why I can't give it 5 stars

I recently stayed at Club Mahindra Jaisalmer and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. The room service was non-existent, and the front staff was downright rude. The rooms were poorly lit, some with heaters and some without, and even the ones with heaters weren't functioning. The bathrooms were a nightmare – stinky, shabby, and with a sewage smell. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and considering the chilly 15-degree Celsius weather, it was uncomfortable. Surprisingly, some rooms had toiletries and bags, while others lacked them. When we called to ask for a heater, the staff casually mentioned they didn't have many, leaving us in the cold, literally. We booked five rooms at a hefty cost of 10,000 rupees per room per night, only to land in discomfort. This experience has left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend Club Mahindra Jaisalmer to anyone. It's not just about the property; the service and staff behavior need serious improvement. Club Mahindra should take immediate action to address these issues and avoid tarnishing its reputation further.

We were there for 4days. Had an amazing stay. Property was very beautiful and well maintained. Calm, quite and pleasant. Rooms were a bit basic, but very clean and with all the necessary amenities. Hot water, ac, dryer, fridge, wifi, heater etc. We dined at the inhouse restaurant Jeeman for four days. Food was freshly prepared and delicious. A la carte. Staff was very courteous and professional. There were entertainment programs arranged by the facility like Rajasthani folk music and dance, games etc. Had a good time with sport activities like pool, archery, badminton etc. Travel desk is available but we opted with self arrangements for sight seeing. Only issue is the location. Around 2kms from airport but 8-9kms from city. No market or locality nearby.

It was the worst experience ever at club Mahindra Jaisalmer . Staff was very rude and pathetic . They made us sit outside the hotel during our checkin process . They made us feel so bad . There was no hot water arrangement in this 6-7•c winter . Plus the lighting was very low in the rooms. Even after telling them , the room service was very slow . They don’t even clean the rooms when you want your rooms to get cleaned . I think this property is not going to work at all in future . The hotel needs some reconstruction. Even I got a bee sting outside the hotel , they weren’t helping at all after this scene happened ‘ If they are charging service fees , they should provide the best service and amenities , otherwise there is no point . This creates a bad impression of club Mahindra name and identity .
