A great place above the mall road.U can easily walk down a steep road and they provide a pick up at a nominal charge for the return journey. The air is clean being just below gun hill and it is cooler than the mall area. Services and staff are really excellent. We are members and stayed 6 nights in June 2023. The only drawback in the resort is that it is on a cliff and some rooms have 40 to 70 steps to climb to reach which i suppose is ok for young people. They are installing lifts which will.,probably take ayear

Although it is located in the famed mall road, reaching the place is a difficult task especially if you don't have your own vehicle. Once you get there there will be climb of 50-100 steps depending on the room one gets (hopefully the lift installation the manager was talking about comes through quickly) The rooms are clean and spacious, room service was also good. View from the room was excellent!

Kitchen Service was good compared to house keeping...staff was good especially those who were carrying the luggage and security.If you are traveling alone or without kids then go for the room on top of the mountain but with kids it's better to plan and book the room at the ground floor. There are a lot of activities for kids specially 8+ but will not recommend January time as it becomes too cold to handle specially with small kids....overall it's a good place to stay👍

It was a very very good holiday experience, I stayed for 2 nights with my family 13 and 14 January, The rooms were excellent and the food was too good specially rara mutton, dal makhani, fish finger, karai paneer , chicken soup, dosa, idli with sambhar and chutneys, sauteed garlic vegetables all were perfect. The resort manager was also very kind to upgrade the room at a nominal price. Restaurant manager Harish was also very energetic and happy to help. My kids also enjoyed their service as all the staff was very nice. Great hospitality great experience.
