Another pathetic service hotel , they are charging filthy high rates for old AC room with no proper bedding facilities and no good housekeeping, i stayed for three days but not even once the towel or soap got changed even on request. Pathetic service for a huge amount. Too costly for no reason and manager of the hotel is too poky

Very homely feeling. Clean rooms and kind people to help you. Coffee and tea are made in their kitchen. No restaurant or dining area.

Rooms are spacious and washrooms clean. They don't bother about the hygiene of the rooms later. Absolutely no housekeeping was done on the second or third day. No sweeping, mopping or washing the restroom was done.

Rooms are good,cleanliness is ok & room full of mosquites.But Very very bad service from staff out there & r very commercial. They have very serious rules like not coming or going after 10.30pm in the night the gates are closed if any emergency they don't respond very fast in order to go out you need request them a lot. They say they r having a canteen or restaurant but u should be lucky enough to get served.Througout my stay the canteen was closed never opened,Incase if we ask for parcel from outside they charge you with double amount for food & transportation(auto) also they charge, I was charged 200ruppes for transport.OMG I was shocked for the charges have taken.Dont rely for food from hotel.Overall the hotel is okay but the lazy staff will ruin Your stay. Management should take a serious feedback from their guests inorder not to miss thier regular guests.
