While I haven't stayed at the hotel, I did have the pleasure of dining at the restaurant and exploring the rooms. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and attentive service that left a lasting impression. The rooms I saw were tastefully decorated and well-maintained, showcasing a commitment to quality and comfort. Based on my visit, it's evident that this hotel takes pride in offering a delightful dining experience and comfortable accommodations.

Located in a very strategic position. Connectivity from all sides very good. Very beautiful building. Inside there is a big banquet hall with a very specious dinning hall with attractive fittings. It has also accommodation facility for about 40 to 50 people depending. A big marriage hall is also being constructed which will cater needs of Jorhat. In short it’s a most modern asset of Jorhat town. I am sure Every one will be attracted to this location

First of we went here for dinner. The menu was Puja special menu hence we ordered dumplings with Manchurian sauce and we received veg Manchurian after waiting for 1 hour. Wait time is understandable as it is Durga Puja and the restaurant is packed but not getting the order even after being patient for an hour was horrible. I even asked the staff twice to check if dumplings are available or not before ordering and they assured that it's available. Even after 15mins before cooking when they came to know it's not available they could have informed us and asked us to order something else.And the management is the worst. I would say they don't know how to manage a hotel . Building an infrastructure doesn't make a good hotel.

It is the first restaurant in Jorhat to offer an authentic royal experience. The decors are expertly crafted. Highly commended. However, the food didn't live up to my expectations like it did with the Ambiance. The starters were little spicy and ofcourse gulab jamun was overpriced with that of size. The employees behave well. Excellent location for gathering with friends and family at any time.
