Just spent the most peaceful and relaxing 4 nights at the Coco Bay Resort. The rooms were spacious with good air-conditioning however we chose to rather relax in the pavilion, reading and watching the fishermen, birds and houseboats. Raymond and his team bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Thank you Raymond for the chats and laughs and teaching us a few boardgames. Sad to leave but we'll be back x

We stayed for a day at Cocobay expecting a beautiful time but the truth was miles far from our expectation. The room was priced at 7k per night and the moment we opened the door, the odor was so overpowering that we had to keep the door and windows open for sometime. On discovering that the AC was dysfunctional, we tried calling at the reception, only to know that the line wasn't connecting properly. And finally when we managed to get the concerned person, she rudely stated that it was working before we got in. We felt helpless and at the mercy of inhospitable people, who were adament at making the stay memorable for all the wrong reasons. Then we sat out in the scorching afternoon sun, waiting for another room. After 20 minutes, we were again let inside another stenchy room, with a bed smelling strongly of mould. But as the money we paid was non refundable, we had no other go but stay. The morning breakfast was average but what really made us angry was the smug attitude displayed by the service staff. And when we asked for a bottle of water, they said ( again rudely) that it was chargeable. But it is only expected of a hotel to provide its guests with a renewed supply of drinking water every day.The overall experience was pathetic with the only saving grace being the lake view.

Really like the place ,the cleanliness and surroundings were well kept. The only thing which they need to improve rather fix is the electrical appliances and taps. Some fans won't work. The shower taps had the same issue which made bathing tedious. Fridge didn't work. Only if they could have attended to those minor things, it would have been a complete worthy experience.because every others things including service was awesome.

I went with my husband for a relaxing holiday and this place did justice to our expectations in every possible way. Staffs are welcoming and polite and helpful. Mr Raymond , wazid (head of restaurant and kitchen) , dinesh , anandu, Ano (housekeeping head) , all housekeeping check is and chesta s including the Boatman made our stay happy and comfortable. Good food Clean campus Clean room Massive pool And five star location Anyone looking for a lazy holiday must visit this place

This is a hidden gem, they were shut for 4 years and are making a comeback. The only way to access this property is through a boat ride, after parking your car. The staff are very nice and a little raw, i guess since interaction with customers was limited. The food needs a lot of improvement, the majority of the dishes were below par. The issue is since you are stuck at the resort, there is no other option than dine there.
