First they take aound 10 min for complete check in process. The hotel was under renovation. They didn't even know which rooms are available. Got the room after going from one room to another which then took another 15 min. Had to ask for water bottle(which is chargeable), soap towel. In short, room was not ready. They said property has Wifi but it was working on reception only but on two floors where guests are actually staying. Overall not so good experience, only positive is the location, it is around 1km away from Bhopal railway station

Third class property with third class staff. The hotel will not let you IN if you booked it by advance booking. The area is so unhealthy. Hotel staffs are non responsive and abusive. Strongly avoid if you are travelling with Family there are lot of unethical work goes on in hotels.

Before visiting this particular hotel I had read all the reviews about it. While reading the reviews I noticed that most of the people were complaining about staff service and difficulties they faced while check-in once they booked hotel online. Since I arrived at this hotel at 11P.M. I had very few options, so I had to book 2 rooms for my family. When I approached reception desk and ask for room they showed me some rooms and I liked them. As I mentioned earlier in reviews lot of people were complaining about the difficulties that they faced while checking-in once they booked it online, So I checked prices of these rooms online and booked room directly(not via online mode). On Goibibo price for 2 rooms was ₹1400, but at reception desk they said they will charge ₹2000. At reception desk I noticed that there was a guest who booked room online and when he came there for check-in, staff told him that we don't have any rooms ready right now so we will shift you to another hotel(I personally experienced that situation people are mentioning about here in reviews section).There was a guy at reception desk. I didn't like his attitude, he was behaving very rudely. "Aisa lag raha tha ki hame room dekr ye humpe ehesan kr raha hein".One good thing is that food was amazing. In short not going to visit here again. I will also suggest you to look other options and if you are miserable they only come here.

This hotel management did not give full service. During the first day, there was no hot water in the bathroom, they did not give complimentary breakfast for both the days, the TVs set top box had no subscription and the manager was not sending any maintenance person to turn the TV working. The hotel manager even said that they do not allow online booking as they failed to avail us the services. This was a third class hotel as it did not avail any good service.

Don't go with this hotel services are worst take a online booking and not getting a room here and even not considered pre booking if rooms are not available here guest will know about at time of pre booking atleast we should book any other place. Guests are coming over here traveling a long journey and they simply said rooms are not available and not even to arrange any other services. Online booking platform should ban this type of fraudulent room providers due to this guests are suffered. Stop doing this kind of conduct either you will suffer legal action.
