Hotel O Ay Residency

The staff and the receptionist are good but the issue are the rates of the hotel. The OYO mention less price and they demanded high price. So before booking the hotel kindly call the hotel then fix rate then confirm the booking.

It was very hard to tract Oyo room manager contact they are not picking phone once reach at hotel they are refused to alot room,they are asking more money then try to help oyo customer care he was saying that sorry he can't add monay also I ask to shift another property he can't shift another property as well as ,He hold call for long time You can imagine in hot sunny wether at end of Oyo customer care executive confirm sorry he can't help right you need to cancel this booking and serch another one You can thing we need to spend double mony and search another property I did same and another property manager also did same so for now I will not believe in Oyo hotel and process At OYO 87101 ay residency I book room by OYO app it was around 1438 for 3 night when I reach hotel manager ask us more money Rs 1400 per night ,on discuss with OYO excutive and manager I cancel old booking and did new booking with rs 1400 I do not have any option on that time due to time money and effort all,I spend . So I would suggest please do not stay here with Oyo booking. It is very difficult to manage daily food,water,tea not available There is no proper cleaning ,it is running with out stoff , Please do not stay here .
